Whether you own a residential condo unit of your condotel unit is enrolled in the Rental Pool Program, you don’t have to worry about the hassles that come with furnishing your units as all units in Alta Vista de Boracay are fully-furnished and fully-fitted. All you need to do is just move in and take pleasure of owning a unit in this island paradise.
Residential condominium unit
Upon turnover, your residential unit will have:
- Queen-size headboard with box bed and queen-size mattress
- Night table, writing table and TV console table
- Desk chair, easy chair, ottoman, balcony chair and marble top table

Condotel unit
When you enroll your unit in the Rental Pool Program, your unit will be furnished by BRYCL Resorts (hotel operator) with:
- Keys, door closer, barrel bold, fire escape plan
- Phone set for PABX, in-room safe
- Hangers, umbrella
- Hair dryer, bath and hand towels, towel racks, clothes hooks, shower curtain
- Bath mat, toiletry tray
- Pillows and pillow cases, bed sheets, ash tray, waste can, cups and saucers, glasses
